This product cannot be sold in Europe or Singapore.

The following options are available to optimize the RAD Robotic Tool Changer for your particular environment or application:


Adapter Plates
Plates used to connect the Automatic Tool Changers’ master side to the robot and tool side to the end-effector are available to help you easily install your new tool changer system.

Viton Seals
Viton seals are available when the tool changer is to be used in a hostile environment. Viton seals are designed for high temperature environments (up to 400ºF / 204ºC) and are resistant to many hostile fluids.

Electrical Modules
A wide variety of electrical modules are available to optimize the functionality of your tool changer configuration. Note: an extra electrical contact option and extra pneumatic line option cannot be provided together.

Pneumatic and Fluid Modules
A wide variety of pneumatic and fluid modules are available to optimize the functionality of your tool changer configuration. Note: an extra electrical contact option and extra pneumatic line option cannot be provided together.

Control and Signal Modules
A wide variety of control and signal pass-through modules are available to optimize the functionality of your tool changer configuration.

High-Current Modules
High-current modules are available for those specialized applications requiring the passage of high currents through the master plate to the tooling.

Other Modules
Many special purpose modules are also available to assist you in optimizing your particular tool changer application.

Collision Sensors
RAD’s Collision Sensors stop the robot and protect your valuable tooling in the event of a collision.

NOTE: Can also be used on CNC machines, gantry systems, and pick & place devices.
