If, after your purchase of a RAD end-effector product, you wish to return the product for any reason other than a manufacturing defect (See Product Warranty), you may do so for a 25% restocking fee. Credit will be returned in the manner of original payment. Credit is typically issued within 60 days of RAD’s receipt of the returned product.

Products returned must be in new condition and must be standard products (not specialized for your particular application).

Before shipping your end-effector return to RAD, please contact us at (937) 667-5705 or e-mail us at info@rad-ra.com to obtain an RGA# to be used for the efficient receipt and crediting of your return.
